The following words and terms used in these Terms have specifically defined meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the ph444 website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on ph444 or uses the platform.
• "Services" refers to online casino games, sports betting, live casino, and all related features.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of real money and bonus credits held in a user's account.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on the ph444 platform, users must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, the user acknowledges that they meet this age requirement.

2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If false information is provided, ph444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account at any time. Users are obligated to promptly notify the platform if their information changes.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. This rule also applies to multiple registrations from the same IP address or device.

2.4 Operating an Account on Behalf of a Third Party

Users may only operate an account on their own behalf. Using an account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate account closure.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details completely confidential. If any unauthorized person accesses your account, notify the ph444 support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that has not been used anywhere else.
• Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Make it a habit to log out after using the account, especially on shared devices.
• ph444 will never ask for your password via email or message.

ph444 may temporarily suspend any account at its own discretion, particularly if there is a concern about a security breach or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the user will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph444 currently processes transactions through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these four are currently supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Restrictions on specific games or game categories may apply when wagering a bonus.
• ph444 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of the bonus.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program & Cashback

ph444 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. The criteria for advancing to a VIP tier depend on a member's overall activity on the platform.

• The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
